Community First CDC is a non-profit, 501(c) 3 Corporation, chartered in the state of Florida and located in Seminole County. We began in 2002 with a vision to have a positive impact on the Oviedo community. Community First is acutely aware of the many challenges we face today and we are committed to having a positive impact.
