In addition, you will likely find Mia volunteering her time at church to teach and mentor the youth. Mia also leads a team of awesome youth leaders at her local church by providing all aspects of youth ministry, including teaching, disciplining, mentoring, and events. Mia is a registered nurse (RN), which is her passion. She has more than 11 years of experience as an RN. Before starting her profession as Nurse, she worked in Insurance. Mia has her Masters in Nursing Informatics with a subspecialty in Nursing Education. She plans to teach at the University Level and use her skills for process improvement and technological innovations in the healthcare industry. Her motto that she lives by is rooted in the Holy Bible and can be found in Galatians 2:20, which reads, "I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me". In addition, one of Mia's favorite quotes is by Isaac Newton: "If I am anything, which I highly doubt, I have made myself so by hard work."

Ronesha is a young artist and entrepreneur. She is a devoted mother to one son. She earned an associate's degree in General Studies and is attending Herzing University to become a Registered Nurse with an anticipated graduation date of Fall 2023. Ronesha is passionate about the arts and incorporating creativity into everything she does. She creates content, edits videos, creates and paints murals, and does various other projects to give back and serve the community. Service is essential to her; she focuses on community service, education, and political activism as an active member of the organization SISTUHS, Incorporated. Ronesha values her relationship with God above all. She has volunteered in various ministries, most notably the youth ministry. A scripture that encourages Ronesha is John 15:2, which states, "He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.".

We will provide mentoring and financial literacy programs for today’s youth to be good money managers and optimistic decision-makers. We will encourage the use of life coaching as a vehicle to discover internal roadblocks to success. More than 40 life events trigger grief, and grief is often not recognized as a life-altering event. Support will help in moving forward to a place of normalcy and peace of mind they may not have been able to achieve on their own.
